They build relationships with key stakeholders, promote the city as a prime destination, and work to enhance the visitor experience through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service.

The P&A team provides member businesses with ways to get involved in Destination DC's sales and marketing programs, plus tactical steps to leverage their membership and reach customers. This team is also responsible for generating non-hotel tax revenue from members, sponsors and creative relationships to support Destination DC's efforts to promote tourism to Washington, DC.
