Steven McNeely

Steven McNeely possesses extensive experience in infrastructure operations and maintenance, having served as Vice President of the Southeast Region and Vice President of Florida Operations at DBi Services from August 2018 until retirement. Prior to this role, Steven worked at the Virginia Department of Transportation from November 2010 to July 2018, where responsibilities included Assistant District Administrator - Maintenance and Richmond District Infrastructure Manager. Steven holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Civil Engineering from John Tyler Community College.
