Juliana has a diverse range of work experience. Their most recent role was as the Head of Operations at DBL Indonesia, where they utilized performance data to improve operations and collaborate with team members for online system development. Prior to that, Juliana worked as an Assistant Marketing Manager at PT. Platinum Ceramics Industry, where they provided sales performance analysis, coordinated with the production team, and conducted market research. Juliana also gained experience as an International Business Analyst and Audit Executive at Asia Pulp & Paper, a Process Engineer at APRIL, a BMKP laboratory assistant at Atma Jaya Catholic University, and as an internship researcher at US NAMRU 2.

Juliana completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biotechnology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, where they attended from 2007 to 2011.
