Isaac Heard

Isaac Heard has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Isaac started their career as a Patient Care Assistant at St John of God Hospital Murdoch in 2005 and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, Isaac served as an Undergraduate Engineer at Lend Lease.

In 2011, they became a Committee Member at the Australian Institute of Building - Young Builders Alliance and held this position until 2014. Isaac also served as a Committee Member at the Australian Institute of Project Management - Young and Emerging Project Professionals from 2012 to 2015.

Isaac's expertise in BIM (Building Information Modelling) is evident from their roles at CSI Global Services, where they were a BIM Manager - Construction from 2012 to 2014, and at PDC Group, where they worked as a BIM Manager - Construction and later as the VDC Operations Manager (USA) from 2014 to 2019.

Currently, Isaac is employed at DBM Global Inc. as the Director of VDC & Digital Engineering since April 2019. Isaac recently took on an additional role as the Program Manager - Synergy & Strategic Projects in May 2021. With their extensive experience in VDC, BIM, and project management, Isaac has proven himself as a valuable asset in the construction industry.

Isaac Heard obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree in Architecture from Curtin University in the years 2007 to 2008. Isaac then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Construction Management and Economics at the same university from 2009 to 2012. In February 2018, they obtained a Certificate of Management-Building Information Modeling (CM-BIM) from the Associated General Contractors of America.
