Shane Metzger

Shane Metzger has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing and steel industry. Shane began their career at Hawkeye Concrete Products in 2001, where they served as a Manufacturing Manager until 2005. In 2007, they joined Hoffmann Inc as a Manufacturing Manager and remained in this role until 2009. From there, they moved on to Wolf Material Handling Systems and held the position of Director of Operations from 2008 to 2011. Following this, they worked at Airoflex Equipment Company as the Director of Operations from 2010 to 2011. Subsequently, they joined AirFloat as the Chief Operating Officer from 2011 to 2014.
