Celine Chow

Celine Chow is an accomplished professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Senior Vice President in Group Talent Management at DBS Bank since May 2021, after holding positions as Vice President in the same group. Prior to DBS Bank, Celine held the role of Manager in Learning and Development at WeLab and was a Corporate Trainer specializing in Talent Development and Leadership Development at MNC Consultant. Celine's experience also includes serving as Manager of Talent, Learning & Diversity for CBRE across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau, and as Asia Pacific Assistant Practice Director at THE ALPHAEIGHT INSTITUTE, where Celine developed people development programs based on neuroscience research. Celine began a career in people development consultancy as Senior Manager at Human Dynamic Group, focusing on global relationship management with key clientele in investment banking. Celine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
