Dex Chen is a seasoned professional in sustainability and institutional banking, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Team Lead in the Institutional Banking Group at DBS Bank since July 2024. Chen's experience includes leadership roles at EY, where work encompassed strategic sustainability initiatives, and at Gardens by the Bay, managing conservation and environmental sustainability strategies. Additionally, Chen contributes as a member of the Sustainability Capacity Building Sub-committee at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. Educational background includes a Master's Degree in Biodiversity and Conservation Management from the University of Oxford, complemented by studies in Field Biology at Harvard University and a Bachelor's in Life Science from the National University of Singapore.
