Lek Liew Lim

Lek Liew Lim has extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning, currently serving as Executive Director of Group Tech COO - Business Management Office at DBS Bank since May 2006. Lek transformed technology financial management for cost optimization and implemented a platform operating model to enhance agile operations. Prior roles include Senior Vice President and Executive Director of Finance at DBS Bank, where Lek supported the Singapore Country Head and COO in financial reviews and established a performance framework. Previously, Lek held positions at Standard Chartered Bank, ABN-AMRO Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, and Volvo Car Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, focusing on global cost management, financial planning, and business control across multiple regions. Lek holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore.
