Rishi Khanna

Rishi Khanna is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, business development, and relationship management across leading financial institutions in India. Currently serving as Senior Vice President & HR COO at DBS Bank since June 2018, Rishi oversees HR COO and analytics for DBS India, previously holding roles such as Talent Acquisition Lead and Zonal Lead. Prior to DBS, Rishi worked at YES BANK as Senior Vice President in Business Banking SME, where responsibilities included managing a 10-member team for SME business development. Other notable positions include Vice President at YES BANK, Branch Head at HDFC Bank, and various managerial positions at ICICI Bank and Standard Chartered Bank.
