Tao Jiang

Tao (Thomas) Jiang is an experienced technology professional currently serving as First Vice President at UOB since July 2019, leading a machine learning engineering and AI product development team to enhance various business functions through data science and AI solutions. Prior to this, Tao held significant roles at DBS Bank, including VP and Machine Learning Engineering Lead, where responsibilities involved building a bank-wide big data analytics platform and collaborating with stakeholders on data-driven systems. Additional experience includes positions at Moody's Analytics, AdNovum, and Prudential Services Asia, with a strong focus on big data technologies and software architecture. Tao earned a PhD in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Peking University.
