Yee Yon "YY" Tan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, and business operations, currently serving as the Director, Head of Total Rewards & People Experiences and Chief of Staff at Circles.Life since December 2021. Previously, YY held significant roles at Porch Group as a Senior Consultant, and as a Real Estate Broker at Coldwell Banker Bain, specializing in real estate investments. With a robust background at Microsoft, YY directed services sales compensation and served as Chief of Staff, while also contributing as an International Compensation Consultant at Citrix. Early career experiences included roles at Microsoft focusing on sales compensation program management and compensation analysis, as well as HR consulting with Watson Wyatt Worldwide. YY holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
