Merry Nitalia is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in compensation benefits, recruitment, and personnel administration. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at DBS Vickers Securities since July 2020, Merry has previously held significant roles including Head of Compensation Benefits & Recruitment at Great Eastern Life and HR Division Head at PT. Magna Finance Tbk. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, including positions at PT CIMB Niaga Auto Finance and Citra Niaga, Merry has developed expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, performance management, and industrial relations. Merry holds a Bachelor's degree in Practical Law from the University of Indonesia.
