Ila Choudhary, PHR, is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as President of DBSI Services since July 2006, Ila has implemented innovative processes and technologies that enhance business performance and financial outcomes. Previously, as Managing Partner, Ila successfully recruited top talent across various industries, including Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Device, and Manufacturing. In an earlier role as HR Business Partner, Ila focused on client relationships and recruitment strategies, facilitating rapid growth for the company. Ila's career began as an HR Generalist at Stull Technologies from July 2003 to July 2006. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Economics and Accounting from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in History, Economics, and Philosophy from Loreto College, Calcutta University.
