Beth Hipple

Beth Hipple is an experienced education and technical instruction professional currently serving as Manager of Technical Instruction at dbt Labs since July 2022, where responsibilities include onboarding new team members, enhancing team efficiency through feedback cycles, and developing training resources for partners. Previous roles at dbt Labs include Senior Technical Instructor and Technical Instructor, focusing on refining training offerings and leading workshops at industry conferences. Prior to dbt Labs, Beth was the Founding Mathematics Teacher at Whatcom Intergenerational High School, designed math courses at Uncommon Schools, and worked as a Web Developer at Susquehanna Computer Innovations. Beth holds a Teacher Certification in Mathematics for grades 7-12 from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Lycoming College.
