Matt Leff

Matt Leff is a finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and audit, currently serving as the Director at dbt Labs since May 2025. Prior to this role, Matt was the Controller at Mighty Networks from June 2024 to May 2025. Matt's career began at KPMG, where tenure extended from June 2014 to June 2024, culminating in the position of Audit Senior Manager, along with previous roles as Audit Manager, Senior Associate - Audit, and Risk Advisory Intern. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Accounting and a finance emphasis from Santa Clara University, completed in June 2015, and a high school diploma from Seattle Preparatory School, awarded in June 2011.
