Will Stamatis

Will Stamatis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and growth management within various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Growth at dbt Labs, Will led the establishment of a specialized team that successfully transitioned hundreds of accounts totaling $30M ARR across North America and EMEA. Previous roles include Head of Customer Success at Swing Education, where Will built the Customer Success department from the ground up, achieving significant improvements in both Gross Retention Rate (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). With a strong background in education, including teaching roles and leadership in analytics at Teach For America, Will holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics-Philosophy from Columbia College and a Master of Science in Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology.
