Victor has worked in various companies and held positions ranging from Senior Project Manager to Architect III. With a background in Architecture Design & Planning, Victor has managed projects for public schools, financial institutions, shopping centers, and government buildings. Their expertise includes budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, and working drawings for medium to large scale projects.

We provide the knowledge and experience of a large firm, but with the personal commitment and service of a family office. The firm’s management team has designed thousands of educational projects over the last 30 years, for approximately 40 school districts throughout California. DC Architects has extensive experience with New Construction and Building Renovation projects. We are also well versed in navigating and interfacing with the Division of the State Architect (DSA) and other state agencies for project approvals.
