Brandon Skall has held various roles in the beverage and restaurant industries since 2001. Brandon began their career as a Server at Morton's of Chicago Steakhouse in 2001, where they worked multiple positions in the front of the house, from expeditor to buss boy to server, and memorized and presented a detailed oral menu. In 2003, they became Lead Server at McCormick & Schmick's, where they led team meetings and assigned sidework. In 2005, they joined Passion Foods Restaurants - Acadiana as a Server/Bar, where they served on the opening staff and worked multiple positions in the house. In 2006, they became a Fine Wine Specialist at The Henry Wine Group, where they represented numerous artisan wines from across the globe to retailers and fine dining establishments. In 2008, they joined Frederick Wildman & Sons as Mid Atlantic Regional Manager, where they managed the Mid Atlantic Region (DC/VA/MD), designed and executed sales incentives and programming, and monitored the local distributors from each region in their jurisdiction. Since 2009, they have been the CEO of DC Brau Brewing LLC.
Brandon Skall attended The Field School from 1994 to 1998. Brandon then attended American University from 1998 to 2002. Brandon also attended a Summer Program at New York University in 2001, where they earned a degree in Communications.
