Dustin Lilya

Dustin Lilya, PE, is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in project management and engineering services, currently serving as Principal for Specialty Services at DC Engineering since October 2011. In this role, Dustin manages a multidisciplinary team focused on energy efficiency, refrigeration, and commissioning processes, while also leading initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. Previous positions include Department Manager for Energy Services at DC Engineering, Chairman of the REFRIGERATION - CPCC Committee for ASHRAE, and Treasurer for the USGBC - Idaho Chapter. Dustin’s prior experience includes roles at Supervalu Inc, Micron Technology, and Cardinal Glass Industries, where responsibilities spanned technological development, engineering design, and environmental compliance. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho.
