We realise too that excellence cannot be achieved without our 800 diligent and hard-working employees. We are proud to have created approximately 2500 new jobs in our supplier base. Through this, we have created valuable and mutually beneficial partnerships with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), as well as the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC). As part of our Corporate Social Investment (CSI) programme, we are also involved in various Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) farming initiatives, knowing that what we do can have a positive effect on the broader community.
