Brichette Reid

Brichette Reid, HCCP, currently serves as a Compliance Manager at the DC Housing Finance Agency since November 2024, overseeing compliance for over 100 affordable housing properties. Prior experience includes working as a Compliance Specialist at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, where responsibilities included managing LIHTC units and ensuring timely reporting to regulatory bodies. Reid also held positions at Paradigm Companies, The Task Takeover, and The Gelman Companies, gaining extensive experience in property management, compliance, leasing, and administrative support. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
