Jeff Cooper has extensive work experience in portfolio and asset management. Jeff most recently worked at the DC Housing Finance Agency, starting in 2017 as the Director of Portfolio & Asset Management, and then being promoted to Vice President and finally SVP of Portfolio and Asset Management. Prior to that, they were the Chief of Asset Management/Senior Asset Manager at the Howard County Housing Commission from 2014 to 2017. Jeff also has experience in the marketing field, serving as the Marketing Director and co-founder of Designs-2-Inspire, a residential staging and redesign start-up company from 2012 to 2014. Earlier in their career, they held senior positions at Wells Fargo, Freddie Mac, Fieldstone Mortgage Company, CDSI Mortgage Services, Inc, and Prudential Home Mortgage.
Jeff Cooper attended Elizabeth City State University from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
