Jamila Frone has a 20+ year legal career in the federal government and non-profit sector. Jamila’s federal service includes work as an employment litigator, ethics and crisis advisor, and senior executive at the United States Department of Justice. Jamila was appointed by former Attorney General Eric Holder to lead the DOJ Office of Attorney Recruitment and Management, and she received the Attorney General’s Award for her leadership in the area of diversity, equity and inclusion. Jamila left the federal government in 2019 and now serves as the Vice President of Litigation Practice at Earthjustice, a large nonprofit public interest environmental law organization.
