Dan Christensen

Dan Christensen is the owner of DC Law, where representation focuses on personal injury claims and lawsuits. As the founder of MedStar Funding, Dan specializes in purchasing medical receivables secured by liens on personal injury claims. Dan has been an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association since 1998. Furthermore, Dan served as president of Americans for Patient Access, advocating for patient rights in affordable healthcare. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Key Health Medical Solutions, Partner at The Carlson Law Firm, and Adjunct Professor at The University of Texas School of Law.
