Gabriela Chavez

Gabriela Chavez is an experienced footwear design and production manager, currently serving as the Gerente de calzado at DC Shoes since February 2022. Responsible for national and international footwear design and production, duties include trend and material research, supplier negotiations, sample tracking, and seasonal collection presentations. Prior experience includes a role as a footwear designer at FootyAR from June 2014 to February 2022, where Gabriela focused on children's footwear and licensed collections. Additionally, Gabriela has worked as a freelance footwear designer and at Macata S.A. managing production and technical specifications in apparel design. Educational qualifications include a degree in Industrial Design from the University of Buenos Aires, technical training in footwear modeling from Instituto Italiano San Crispin, and additional specialized courses related to footwear design and screen printing.
