Michaela Blanchard

Michaela Blanchard is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of DC Squared since April 2022, Michaela is committed to supporting small businesses and promoting community culture. Michaela co-owns and serves as CEO of Kickball365, the longest-running National Kickball League in the U.S., while also leading Grey Space, a full-service marketing and business solutions agency founded in 2016. Michaela's real estate expertise is demonstrated in roles as a Commercial and Residential Real Estate Specialist at Keller Williams Capital Properties and previously as a Commercial Associate at Civitas and Menkiti Group. Michaela's marketing acumen was honed during tenure as Brand Manager at 2U and as Vice President of Marketing at SRB Communications, alongside significant responsibilities at The Washington Post from 2009 to 2015. Michaela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business-Marketing from Towson University, earned in 2007.
