Damien Barioz

Damien Barioz has a strong background in financial management and accounting. Damien currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer Media at DC Thomson, a leading media organization in the UK. Prior to this, Damien held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Beano Studios and The Stylist Group. Damien also gained valuable experience as the Finance Director for Vice Media UK. Damien took a break in 2016 to travel across South America before joining Grey Group as the EMEA Financial Controller. Damien began their career as an Audit Senior at Mazars LLP and later worked as a Senior Accountant at Grant-Thornton France. Damien started their career as a Junior Accountant at B2A PARTNERS.

Damien Barioz's education history includes several degrees and certifications in the field of Accounting and Finance. In July 2004, Damien obtained their Baccalauréat of Sciences. Damien then pursued their studies at Université Lyon III, where they completed a DPECF program from 2004 to 2005. After that, Damien attended Sciences-U Lyon from 2005 to 2010, earning a DSCG degree, which is equivalent to a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance. Following their graduation, Damien obtained an ACCA certification from The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in October 2012.
