Denise West

Denise West has had extensive work experience in the media industry. Denise started their career in 2000 as a Commercial Director at Scottish Daily Record and Sunday Mail Ltd, where they stayed for 13 years. In 2012, Denise moved on to become the Managing Director (Scotland and North East) at Trinity Mirror Group PLC. After two years, they joined DC Thomson as Head of Commercial in 2014. Their most recent role is Chief Commercial Officer at DC Thomson Media, a position they have held since 2018.

Denise West attended Aberdeen High School for Girls, which later became Harlaw Academy. Denise pursued a Bachelor of Laws degree, earning their LLB (hons).
