Flora Klise

Flora Klise is an experienced professional in mechanical engineering and program management, currently serving as an Assistant Program Manager at DC Water since April 2024. In this role, Flora supports the Distribution Control Branch, focusing on valve and hydrant operations, and manages hydrant replacement tracking to achieve H300 goals.
