Stacey Morse

Stacey Morse currently serves as the Manager of Business Operations at DC Water, where responsibilities include overseeing business operations across various departments, developing strategic plans, and achieving performance objectives. Previously, Stacey worked as a Business Operations Analyst, focusing on improving workflows and managing budgets within the Engineering Division. Earlier experience includes serving as the Managing Director at Between Us Investigations, LLC, overseeing background and field investigations, and as Assistant Vice President at the National Legal Aid & Defender Association Service Corporation, where management of operations and development of risk management strategies were key responsibilities. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Morgan State University.
