William Elledge

William Elledge, PE, Assoc DBIA, ELI-MP is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in water and sewer infrastructure projects. Since October 2012, William has served as the Director of Engineering and Technical Services at DC Water, where responsibilities include strategic planning and overseeing engineering and design efforts. Previous roles at DC Water include Senior Manager of Design and Supervisor of Interagency Planning and Permitting, with a track record of managing numerous high-value projects and ensuring quality and compliance. William's prior experience includes positions at Hazen and Sawyer, MWH, and various other engineering firms, contributing to both project management and design. William holds an MBA from Westminster University and a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Utah, complemented by a certificate in AutoCAD Drafting.
