Voka Cheng has over 10 years of experience in marketing and operations. From 2019 to present, Voka worked as the Director of Marketing and Operations at Dcard, where they developed and implemented marketing strategies and led a team of over 20 individuals. Prior to Dcard, Voka was the Digital Marketing Manager at eslite, where they formulated the brand's digital development strategy and led a team of 5 members. Voka also has experience at KKBOX Inc., where they held various roles such as Manager of Content Marketing, Manager of Business Insight & Strategy, Assistant Manager of Social Marketing, and Product Marketing. They have also worked as a PR Specialist at SunFun Info Co., Ltd.

Voka Cheng completed a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from National Chengchi University. This education took place from 2004 to 2007.
