The current leadership team at Dcard has a wide range of experiences and backgrounds. Many of them have experience with entrepreneurship, product development, and consulting. They also have experience leading teams and conducting research. The team is also well-educated, with degrees from some of Taiwan's top universities in fields such as political science, mechanical engineering, computer science, and information engineering.
