Amyn Jassani

Amyn Jassani is an Independent Director at DCB Bank Ltd and has over two decades of experience in taxation, audit, and consultancy. Amyn started their career as a trainee at Anand Mehta & Co and later became a Sr Consultant at A. F. Ferguson & Co. In 2004, they took on the role of Director at Aga Khan Education Service, India where they served as the Audit Committee Chair. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as Sr Manager at E & Y before moving to Price Waterhouse where they served as Sr Manager from 2001 to 2005. In 2009, they joined Walker Chandiok & Co as Partner and remained there until 2015 when they joined SRBC & CO LLP as Partner.

Amyn Jassani's educational career began with a certification from LinkedIn in Coaching for Results. Amyn then went on to study Type: C.S at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. After completing their studies, they became a field company secretary.
