Vijitha Palani

Vijitha Palani began their work experience in 2004 as an Assistant Project Manager at Keane, Inc. Vijitha then worked as a Project Coordinator/Business Analyst at Keane Inc Client- Profund, Inc. from 2009 to 2010, where they addressed aspects of Pensions contributions and benefits. Following this, they worked as a Business Analyst at Keane Inc- Client Mckesson Corporation from 2010 to 2012, where their responsibilities included consulting with professionals, requirements analysis, and project progress reporting. Vijitha then served as a Teacher Assistant at Deep Run Elementary School from 2012 to 2013. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Cognosante as a Senior EDI Analyst, specializing in EDI analysis and leading a team. Vijitha then joined FEI Systems in 2015 as an Associate Business Analyst until 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Business System Analyst at DCCA, starting in 2018.

Vijitha Palani has a diverse education history. Vijitha completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Information Technology from the University of Leicester between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from SSN College of Engineering, University of Madras, which they completed from 2000 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Vijitha has also obtained certifications in the field of Agile and Scrum. Vijitha received the SaFe SSM (SAFE Scrum Master) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2019. In July 2018, they obtained the SAFE POPM (Product Owner Product Manager) certification, also from Scaled Agile, Inc.
