Rachel McGovern

Rachel McGovern is an experienced research professional with a background in political campaigns and consultancy. Currently serving as the Independent Expenditure Research Director at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), Rachel has previously held positions as Deputy Research Director at DCCC and Research Director for various political campaigns, including Lori Lightfoot for Chicago, People for Patty Murray, and Sarah Godlewski for Wisconsin. In addition to campaign experience, Rachel worked as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Geography from the University of Florida, earned between August 2010 and May 2014.
