Kim Van Wyngaardt

Kim Van Wyngaardt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Kim is currently working as a Portfolio Manager at DCG Communications since October 2022, where they manage a portfolio of federal client accounts, focusing on strategic communications. Kim'sresponsibilities include resource optimization, communications and outreach strategy design and implementation, leadership coaching, client relationship management, capture development, and organic growth. Before this, they held the position of Director at DCG Communications from September 2019 to September 2022, and prior to that, they worked as an Account Supervisor from September 2018 to September 2019.

Earlier in their career, Kim worked at Public Interest Registry from June 2009 to December 2017, where they served as the Director of Board Relations and Relationship Management. In this role, they represented the registry and its programming and partnership opportunities to diverse organizations and managed communications and relationships between the CEO, board of directors, and senior leaders. Kim also compiled and analyzed performance metrics and managed relationships with registry and retail-entity boards and advisory councils.

Prior to that, Kim worked as a Marketing Manager (Americas) at TallyGenicom from 2006 to 2009, where they designed and implemented marketing programs to boost awareness and improve profitability. Kim also provided creative direction for print and web advertising and controlled budgets and timelines.

Kim's earlier experience includes working as a Customer Liaison and Program Manager at MDI Imaging & Mail in 2005, where they managed high-value accounts and was responsible for client relations and project management. Kim was recognized with an Employee of the Year Award during their tenure.

Kim Van Wyngaardt has a Certificate in Leadership, Conflict resolution, Negotiation, and Project Management from George Mason University. Kim also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Tourism Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Additionally, they are a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP Cert) in IT from Fast Train Computer College.
