Lauren Staples

Lauren Staples currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Capture at DCG, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this, Lauren worked at CVP from January 2018 to December 2024, holding the role of Executive Director of Capture Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing the companywide capture process and leading business development efforts. Lauren also served as Director of Capture Management and Business Development, focusing on new business initiatives in the federal civilian and healthcare sectors, and held positions that included Senior Manager and Partner Relationship Manager. Previous roles include Director of the Public Sector Division at CloudCheckr, Senior Associate at Take2 Consulting, Federal Cloud Sales Executive at Aquilent, Federal Account Manager at LexisNexis, and Field Support Representative at RS Medical. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science degree with double majors in Psychology and Health Science from Towson University in 2007.
