Lily Bivins-Richardson

Lily Bivins-Richardson serves as a Communications and Event Specialist (Associate) at DCG Communications since March 2023, supporting the Department of Homeland Security’s Blue Campaign and the If You See Something, Say Something® initiative. Prior experience includes roles as Development and Communication Coordinator and Development and Branding Assistant at Free the Slaves from October 2021 to March 2023, and Graduate Research Assistant at Texas A&M University's Bush School of Government and Public Service from September 2020 to June 2021. Additional experience encompasses a Graduate Student Internship at Our Terminal and a Graduate Assistant position at Texas A&M University, where skills in social media development, grant writing, public relations, website management, and communication were honed.
