Shari Lerner

Shari Lerner is a seasoned operations professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at DCG since October 2023. With a robust background in overseeing daily operations, Shari previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Head of Client Services at Prajna Strategy from February 2022 to January 2023, where management of a growth marketing startup's operations was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes ascending from Director of Business Operations to Chief Operating Officer at Bolt Mobility between November 2018 and January 2022, focusing on resource management and market launches. Shari's career began at Orizon Inc. in December 2000, progressing from Manager of Client Relations to Director of Operations and then VP Operations, and currently providing part-time consulting services. Shari holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management from the University of Maryland.
