Kelly Evans Pe

Kelly Evans PE is currently employed as a Principal Engineer at DCG/Watershed. Previously, Kelly worked as a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer at ISG for nearly a decade. Prior to that, Kelly gained experience as a Water Treatment Facility Operator at the University of Iowa and as an intern at the South Dakota Department of Transportation. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa. Kelly's focus is on developing water/wastewater work through marketing efforts and assisting clients in project planning, cost estimating, and funding.
