Richard Born

Richard Born has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Richard is currently serving as the Director of Respiratory Therapy, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, Sleep Center, and Neurodiagnostics at DCH Health System since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Program Director of Respiratory Therapy at Marian University of Fond du Lac starting from January 2020. From June 2017 to March 2021, they held the position of Manager - Cardiopulmonary Services at Agnesian HealthCare. Before that, they worked as a Process Improvement Facilitator at Beaver Dam Community Hospitals, Inc. from September 2014 to June 2017. Richard has also served as the Lead-Respiratory Therapist at Beaver Dam Community Hospital from July 2011 to September 2014. Additionally, they have experience as a Respiratory Therapist at Integrated Staffing Network from June 2009 to March 2012. Richard also has a military background, having served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge in the US Army from October 2001 to October 2009. Richard has also worked as a Clinical Instructor at UVM Medical Center from October 2008 to May 2009. Richard Born earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2003 to 2009. Richard then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2013 to 2017.
