The Healthcare Management Team at DCH Health System is responsible for overseeing the operational support that ensures high-quality healthcare delivery across the system's facilities. The team manages patient accounts, engineering and facility compliance, HIPAA and data security, biomedical equipment, social work services, and Health Information Management (HIM) coding, compliance, and reimbursement. Together, they streamline processes and maintain necessary standards for patient care, employee efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
