Andrew Stewart is the Director of Development for Paraguay and Uruguay at DCH. Andrew has over thirteen years of experience in human resources and labor relations. Andrew has a proven track record of successfully handling employee relations, talent acquisition, and training. Andrew is adept at navigating the workplace to identify opportunities for improvement and ensuring compliance with legal frameworks. Andrew is passionate about motivating and engaging employees to improve productivity and achieve organizational goals. In their previous positions, they have successfully recruited qualified candidates, offered competitive compensation and benefits packages, and provided training for employees to excel in their jobs and develop leadership skills.

The educational career for Andrew Stewart includes a post degree in human resources from Universidad ORT Uruguay, an MBA from Universidad ORT Uruguay, and a licentiate in labor relations from Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga'​. Andrew also has certification from DCH - Organización Internacional de Directivos de Capital Humano in Agile Human Capital Executive and Scrum Manager in Expert Scrum Master Certified (ESMC).
