Ángel Alfonso Lozano Orozco

Ángel Alfonso Lozano Orozco is currently the Director of Mexico at DCH. Prior to this, they were the Director of Human Resources at Sodexo Mexico S.A de CV from January 2011 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for the planning and implementation of the Human Resources strategy in the organization. Ángel aligned and standardized policies and procedures with those of the Group, and coordinated the specialized functions of the area, including safety and occupational health (HS&E); they currently supervise the activities of Corporate Social Responsibility and participates in the different certifications of the company (ISO, ESR, MEG).

Ángel also managed massive hiring, developing career plans and recognition and incentive programs.
