Antonio Madrid

Antonio Madrid is the Director of Mexico at DCH. Antonio has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and has held various management positions at different companies.

Antonio started their career in 1998 as a Human Resources Consultant at Algama Desarrollo Empresarial. Antonio then became the Training Director at the same company in 2000. In 2001, they left to become the Training and Development Director at Escuela Europea de Negocios.

In 2004, they became the Human Resources Manager at Carrefour and then left in 2006 to become the Human Resources Director at Pamai Constructora, S.L.

In 2007, they joined Holcim as the Regional Human Resources Manager and stayed there until 2011 when they became the Human Resources Director at Jazztel (Jazzplat Argentina). Antonio then moved back to Spain in 2012 to take on the same role at Compass Group España.

Most recently, they were the Human Resources Director at Compass Group México from January 2017 to August 2018 before taking on their current role as the Director of Mexico at DCH.

Antonio Madrid has a degree in Psychology from the University of Murcia, a Program for Management Development from Esade, and a Driving Change Successfully certification from IESE Business School. Antonio also has a degree in Work Sciences from the University of Murcia and a Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros. Finally, they have a Master's in Human Resources Management from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros.
