Bernardo Sambra Graña

Bernardo Sambra Graña is the current President of DCH Peru at DCH. Prior to this, they were with DCH - Organización Internacional de Directivos de Capital Humano for 2 years, where they held the positions of Embajador y Miembro del Consejo Asesor Internacional, Presidente Junta Directiva DCH Perú, and Board Member. Bernardo was also with IPAE for 1 year as a Board Member, and with Universidad de Lima for 3 years as a Miembro del Consejo Consultivo. Additionally, they were with ESAN Graduate School Of Business for 2 years 7 months as a Miembro del Consejo Consultivo de la Maestría en Organización y Dirección de Personas, and with The Living Oceans for 17 years 4 months as Presidente Ejecutivo. In this role, they were responsible for promoting the care of oceans through images. Additionally, they have been with Seminarium Perú for 2 years 1 month as President Comité Consultivo | 18 Congreso Peruano Gestión de Personas, and with Credicorp for 4 years as Gerente Corporativo de Gestión y Desarrollo Humano. Before Credicorp, they were with Banco de Crédito BCP for 23 years, where they held the positions of Gerente Corporativo de Gestión y Desarrollo Humano y Administración del BCP, Director Patronato BCP, Gerente de Asesoría en Gestión y Desarrollo Humano, and Gerente de Soluciones Eléctrónicas. Additionally, they have been with APERHU - Asociación Peruana de Recursos Humanos for 8 years 4 months as Director, and with ASBANC - Asociación de Bancos del Perú for 2 years as President Comité de Recursos Humanos. Bernardo has also been involved with Shell as the Perú BFI Project Leader for 5 years 3 months.
