David Jiménez González

David Jiménez González is a highly experienced professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as the Responsable de Desarrollo de Talento at santalucía seguros since July 2020. In addition to this role, David is a member of the Consejo Académico at Campus IdeaLab and works as a mentor in Escuela de Transformación y Gestión del Cambio. David's extensive involvement in education includes positions as an Associate Professor at Universidad Europea and UDIT, where David teaches courses on leadership, change management, and UX management. As an active member of DCH - Organización Internacional de Directivos de Capital Humano since September 2015, David holds significant leadership roles including President of the Agile and Digitalization Centers of Excellence, and serves on the advisory board.
