Erica Zamora

Erica Zamora is the current Director for Argentina at DCH. Erica has over 16 years of experience in the industry, having worked their way up from an intern position at Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes. Erica has held various titles during their time at the company, including People Head Argentina- Uruguay, Directora de Compensaciones, Beneficios y Gestión., People Continuity Director, HRBP Manager, Recruitment Manager, Recruitment & Talent Management Manager, HRBP Head (Sales), HRBP Head (Supply), Training &Talent Management Sr. Analyst, and Global Management Trainee. In their most recent role, they were responsible for the Latin America South Zone, which includes Argentina, Paraguay, Bolivia, Chile & Uruguay. Erica has a wealth of experience in HR and talent management and is a valuable asset to any organization.

Erica Zamora has a degree in Bussiness Administration from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, where they graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2006. Erica also has a Bussiness Executive Program from the Universidad de 'San Andrés' from 2012 to 2013.
