Fernando Palacios

Fernando Palacios has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Fernando is currently the Director of Mexico at DCH, a position they have held since 2013.

Prior to joining DCH, Fernando was the Director Sr de Recursos Humanos at AIG from 2007 to 2013. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's HR functions in Mexico.

Before their time at AIG, Fernando worked at Baxter International Inc. as the Director Sr. Recursos Humanos from 2007 to 2013. During their time at Baxter, Fernando was responsible for leading the company's HR functions in Mexico.

Fernando began their career in 1990 at PepsiCo as the Director de Recursos Humanos. During their 16 years at PepsiCo, Fernando played a key role in the company's HR department, overseeing all HR functions in Mexico.

Fernando Palacios has a Maestría en Dirección de Empresas from Universidad Anáhuac México, a Business Executive Program D-1 from IPADE Business School, a Certificación en Feedback & Coaching from PDI (Deerfield, Chicago, USA), a Postgrado en Planeación Estratégica de Capital Humano from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a Postgrado en Alta Dirección de Empresas from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
